Appendix A · Inside the book
The 30-Day Back to Me Journey
Reading about your life is not the same as looking at it. The Journey turns the book into a month of ten-minute daily practices. All you need is something to write with and the willingness to answer honestly. There is no catching up and no falling behind; a missed day simply waits for you.
Four weeks, four parts of the journey
Week One
The Signals
Name what has felt off. The three-question check-in, the body scan on paper, and the two-column exercise that shows you who you are beyond being needed.
Week Two
The Roots
Trace the rules of the house you grew up in, honor what they protected, and decide, rule by rule: keep, revise, or release.
Week Three
The Wounds
The gentlest week and the deepest one: the apology you stopped waiting for, the letter you write yourself, and one small promise kept before sunset.
Week Four
The Return
Redraw one line, run the boundary audit, say one true sentence to one safe person, and write a letter to the version of you who started the month.
A SAMPLE DAY · DAY 1
"Write the sentence you have been avoiding. Start with: 'If I'm honest, something feels...' and finish it without editing."
